Before Passing Judgment

1. Evaluate others from alongside, not from above.

2. Give others time to change and room to grow.

3. Be willing to revise your evaluations of others. Use other people’s perspectives to refine your own.

4. Remember how it feels to be on the receiving end of judgement.
